SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Orders are processed within 1-3 days. Add 3-7 days for shipping time.
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return your unworn item/s intact with the original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a full credit excluding shipping costs. Please email us prior to returning the item/s: email@example.com, with your name & order number. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us and any related costs.
- If your product is found to be damaged or lost during transit, we offer you the choice of a refund, repair or replacement. Should this happen, you will need to notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days. We may ask you for further details and/or to send a photograph of the damaged item. Please return the damaged product to us by regular mail in the original packaging, and we will credit the the cost of postage. We will then repair, replace or issue a full refund within 30 days.
